Siusan’s experience is drawn from a career background in teaching, health education, occupational health and safety and corporate communications. She is a hands-on strategic thinker and problem solver with a passion for achieving a workplace culture that mutually supports the wellbeing of employees and enhances business performance. She knows that working long and inflexible hours, risking family and relationship breakdown, is clearly not sustainable or conducive to personal mental and physical wellbeing, optimum performance or productivity.
